1. Private tool. This application is a private tool of Daniel Kulinski used solely to access Daniel Kulinski's own bank accounts. It is not offered to, and may not be used by, the public or any other person.
2. No warranty. The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. No financial advice. Nothing produced by this application, including any AI-generated analysis, constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
4. Bank connection. The connection to the bank is provided by Enable Banking Oy. Enable Banking's own end-user terms and privacy policy apply to that connection and are accepted during the bank authorisation flow.
5. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
