Personal bank account access

This is a private, non-commercial tool operated by Daniel Kulinski. It connects to the operator's own bank accounts through the Enable Banking open-banking API (PSD2 account information) so that balances and transaction history can be reviewed and analysed by the operator, including with AI tools the operator runs.
